We put our fee on the line. But each promise has a simple rule, so here's how they work.
10Closed by the 10th
Send us your statements and answers by the 5th. If your books aren't closed by the 10th, that month's fee is on us.
7Clean Start in seven days
Once we have your access and files, we finish your Clean Start in seven days. If we run late, we keep working at no extra cost.
↗Your books are yours
Your books are yours. If you leave, you get every file and every record, and we never hold them back.
Dates that land on a weekend move to the next Monday. Your first month and any older cleanup are not part of the close promise.
